Interviews from within the employees’ own company pose an interesting scenario: how do I prepare when I think I know all the questions and answers? These in-house interviews need to be treated with the same approach as other interviews, i.e., prepare and practice and research!
These are actually quite critical steps in moving up within a company and can make or break a person’s career path. Never assume this is an easy situation to master; treat it as seriously as one would speaking with a new firm you have recently applied to for a position. Note: Office politics?
